Returns Policy

If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us or call us or send us an email and we'll do all that we can to help.

If you change your mind about your purchase you can return the items to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in unused and re-saleable condition. Please contact us if you wish to arrange a return.

 

 

Washing Details

Wash at 40°C with the same colours, preferably wash inside out.

Ironing Details For Garments

Do not Iron directly over design. Should you need to iron the design use a towel, greese proof/teflon paper or iron on the reverse on a lower heat setting.

How to Charge Glow Products

During daylight or in birght/well lit areas the design will be white. Glow items can be charged by Sunlight: Leave in a sunny area, the longer the glow product is in the sun the stronger and longer the glow will be. You can simply wear the item in the daylight and when you enter into a club for example or a dark area the design will glow. You can quickly charge a glow product by using a UV light or even some artificial lights work simply shine the light over the design.
